Ways You Can Support Your Library
Your support makes a difference
Your gift can be earmarked to support our programs, to provide for our collection development, and/or to support the continued building restoration.
In most cases your donations are tax deductable.
Volunteer
As a small library with considerable budget constraints, we greatly appreciate the help of our current volunteers, and look forward to working with others willing to donate their time and talents.
Volunteering not only benefits the library and community, but the volunteer as well. It gives you the chance to meet interesting people, learn and use skills, and experience the satisfaction that comes from being of service.
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, depending on your interests. If you are interested in volunteering please call the Library Director at (715) 779-3953.
Thank you to everyone who has and continues to donate their time, energy, and talents to helping our library better serve the community!

Our Collections/Programs
With our collection and programs, we hope to be a mirror to reflect who you are, a window for you to safely see the world, and a door that allows you to explore. Your gift will be used to support collections and programs right here in Bayfield. The Bayfield Carnegie Library appreciates financial gifts in any amount—the choice is yours.
You may leave a description of your donation on the allpaid form connected to the button below.
Our Building Restoration Fund
The Bayfield Library’s 120-year-old structure and its grounds need ongoing restoration, including retaining walls and stairs, tuck-pointing the building masonry, outdoor lampposts, the foundation, and being ADA compliant. We welcome any help to raise the funds needed to complete this work. Please support our efforts to restore the library with your tax-deductible contribution.
Please, leave a description of “Building Restoration” on the allpaid form connected to the button below.
Our Endowment Fund
If you prefer, you can earmark your financial gift to our endowment fund. The hope is that this money will be a safeguard so that a library can and will exist forever in Bayfield.
As of July 2024, the library endowment fund is at $89,466. Our final goal is to reach $100,000. We are getting closer and closer.
If you prefer, you can mail your donation to the library.
